This device can detect fire situation by a pressurized fire trace tube, which connecting to an extinguishing agent storage. Both HFC-227ea/FM200 or Carbon Dioxide can be used as extinguishing agent for this device.

Usually, it would be designed to two modes of discharge----direct release and indirect release. When fire breaks out, the fire trace will activate the device, and spray extinguishing agent through the fire trace tube itself, we call it direct release. And another mode, the fire trace tube will detect fire, and extinguishing agent is discharge through a pre-installed pipe and nozzle quickly, we call it indirect release.

Fire trace extinguishing device is a good device with covering the shortage of fixed device. Because it can be used in a small space or area of special environment which cannot install pipeline, nozzles, or fire alarm system.

Working principle:

Because of the soft characteristic, the fire detecting tube can be fixed at any places that fire easily happens. Thus when there is a fire in the cabinet, the fire detecting tube can be quickly broken by the fire. After the fire detecting tube broken, the air pressure changes and the fire agent comes out to the broken hole for spraying out to put out the fire. At the same time, the small alarm bell on the top part of the fire extinguisher rings to tell users that there is a fire and please check it and refill the system.

Components:

This extinguishing device needs no electrical elements and pipe fittings to consist of a system. It can be a fire suppression system itself.

The direct type fire detecting tube fire suppression system is consist of a cylinder, an at most 25m long fire detecting tube, a container valve and two kinds of agents-- co2 and fm200.

The indirect type fire detecting tube fire suppression system has the same components as the direct type except a release tube added. In this system, the fire detecting tube is used for just detecting function, so it needs a release tube together, however, for the direct type, the fire detecting tube can be used for both detecting and releasing.

The fire detecting tube fire suppression device has the following advantages:

1. Convenient installation and transportation. Because this system combines fire fighting and alarm function together, and no needs to match electrical elements and pipe fittings, so after fixing the cylinder on a place, all left to do is fixing the detecting tube around a potential source of fire.

2. Non-electric start mode. It doesn't need the power to activate the system. This system's work principle is using its own storage pressure instead of relying on the outside force activating. When the detecting tube is broken by the fire, the agent will discharge.

3. Little occupation of space. This system is suitable for protecting a system, like telecommunication system, rather than a protected zone. The cylinder fixes on the outer cabinet, and will not occupy many places.
