FM200 Clean Agent Filling Machine
Descriptions
The equipment mainly uses the filling pump to complete the filling
of the agent. It uses the negative pressure vacuum pumping system
to vacuum the pipeline and tank, and uses the high-pressure
nitrogen to control the valve filling and release. During the
filling process, the weighing device outputs the signal to the set
weight value, and automatically stops the filling.
Function and Application:
Previous preparation: connection.
FM200 tank connects to filling machine
FM200 empty cylinder connects to filling machine
Nitrogen cylinder connects to filling machine
Nitrogen cylinder connects to the adapter on FM200 empty cylinder
First step, vacuum sucking.
Switch on the nitrogen cylinder just a little to open the valve of
FM200 empty cylinder(control the switch to release nitrogen, like
10bar pressure enough to open the valve of FM200 empty cylinder)
Open the power of the filling machine
Switch on the controller to cylinder valve, F5
Switch on the controller to vacuum pump, F6
After the right gauge indicate the pressure inside cylinder is
close to zero or a little lower than zero, then close F6.
Second step, FM200 filling.
Keep F5 open
Open the valve of FM200 tank by a spanner and switch on the
controller to storage valve, F3(if you will continue to fill other
cylinders, you can keep the valve of FM200 tank open still. but of
course, it would be safer to close it.)
Then you will see the weight of FM200 empty cylinder will
increase.(here we see digital scale)
You can close the valve of FM200 tank and shut off F3 till the
weight reaches the figure that you want.
Third step, pressuring.
Keep F5 open
Open the cylinder valve of nitrogen and switch on the controller to
nitrogen valve, F4
When the pressure reaches the figure that you want, it will send
alarm.
You can just switch off the cylinder valve and F4
After that use nitrogen to switch off the valve of FM200 cylinder
filled as the first step
Fourth step, pressure release.
After the work of filling, please do not disconnect all devices.
Open the controller F2 to release all gas inside the filling
machine.
Then disconnect all devices safely.(actually there is a little gas
existing inside the hose between nitrogen cylinder and filling
machine. There is no harm to people. But you can also try to
release the gas as the below operation
Disconnect the hose connecting to FM200 cylinder filled. Just open
F4 but keep the valve of nitrogen cylinder closed. Then all the gas
will be released. And it is the safest to disconnect all other
devices. )
Packages
We always pack it with polyfoam first and then put it into a wooden
case. Sometimes, in order to meet with customers or the safety
