Description
IG-100 uses Nitrogen for a clean, safe and 100% ecological
extinguishing. This gas is widely used in variety of extinguishing
systems due to its excellent pressurization conditions.
In this case it complies with equal smothering efficiency by
reducing the oxygen concentration to extinguish the fire, while
leaving a percentage of oxygen suitable for occupied areas. Because
of this feature, people can be protected where there is the
possibility if they are in the enclosure area at the time of the
fire, ensuring their safe evacuation both in terms of the level of
oxygen in the room, and the absence of chemicals in the discharge.
In addition, its physical and dispersion properties help maintain
visibility during the evacuation.
It is highly recommended for class A, B and C fires. The system
operates by total flooding of the room, ensuring discharge in or
less than 10 seconds with the safety conditions mentioned above.
this makes it possible to adapt the quantity of extinguishing agent
required, to the storage space available for the cylinders.
The system is optimized for the worst case conditions, all
components are certified to ensure the strictest performance. These
are necessary for the storage, detection, release and discharge of
the agent at the right moment.

Advantages
- Compared with the traditional 15MPa system, the number of fire
extinguishing agent cylinders can be saved by 25%-50%.
- The building area between cylinders is effectively reduced, and the
overall occupation and utilization rate of the building are
improved.
- Constant 6MPa low pressure release can reduce the cost of pipeline
and pipe fittings.
- The constant release pressure of 6MPa provides more lasting and
effective pressure, and the transmission distance can reach 200
meters.
- The release of the whole system with low pressure can only have a
less impact on personnel on sites, equipment and building structure
and it is more safety.
- The external constant pressure reliever can only bear the pressure
when the system is spraying, which is convenient for dis-assembly
and maintenance and effectively reduces the failure rate of the
system.
- After spraying, the system does not need to replace any parts,
simple dis-assembly and secondary filling, the system can be
quickly put into operation.
- The opening area of the pressure-relief device is reduced. the
input cost of the pressure-relief device is directly reduced, and
the safety buckle is installed and arranged more simply.
- Nitrogen fire extinguishing system(IG-100) can be widely used to
