HTF-(A) type two-speed axial flow fire high temperature smoke exhaust fan

Product introduction:
HTF series axial flow fire smoke exhaust fan is a fire smoke exhaust product specially designed for high-rise buildings. The fan consists of impeller, housing (including bracket) and motor and other components. This industrial fan can both exhaust and supply air, and has a dual-speed fan for selection. The characteristics of axial flow fans are large air volume (＞10000m³/h), low air pressure (＜500Pa), high efficiency (70%-90%), small size, and suitable for various explosion-proof places.

Effects of use:
1. Improve air quality
Exhaust fans can effectively remove dirty air, odors and pollutants in confined spaces. Exhaust fans continuously exhaust harmful gases such as carbon monoxide from the space, preventing the accumulation of harmful gases and providing a safe environment.
2. Humidity control

Structural features:
1.Thickened shell:made of high-quality corrosion-resistant Benxi hot-rolled carbon steel plate material, inner layer anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint, outer layer two layers of paint, no rust under long-term outdoor working conditions. Optional materials: 201#, 304#, 316#, stainless steel, etc.
2.Thick bracket:fixed by triangular mechanics, reduces the vibration of the motor during operation, allows the fan to continue to be stable, reduces noise, and can be customized.
3.High-temperature resistant copper motor:directly driven by a dual-speed motor to achieve self-control. The motor bearing is a ball-type lubrication-free type, and the motor power reserve coefficient is 110% to improve safety. It can run safely for more than 30 minutes at a high temperature of 280℃, and can run for a long time at 120℃ without damage.
4.High-temperature resistant impeller:made of high-quality carbon steel stamping processing, high temperature resistance, high strength, large air volume, and not easy to deform. Each different shape of the wing is suitable for different places. The torsion angle, installation angle, width and number of the blades can be designed and calculated according to needs. The wheels and blades can be separated for easy installation. Optional materials include composite materials and aluminum alloys.

Scope of application:
According to different requirements of the building, it can adopt single-speed or multi-speed drive to achieve the purpose of dual-purpose (i.e. common ventilation and high-temperature smoke exhaust during firefighting).
